Privacy Policy

The short version

No accounts, no ads, no selling data. Your study progress lives on your own device — and if you've purchased an unlock, it also syncs to your purchase so it follows you between devices. The only personal information we ever handle is the email you use at checkout.

Your study progress

Practice results, starred questions, scenario completions, and readiness scores are stored in your browser's local storage, on your device. Clearing your browser data erases the local copy.

If you've purchased an unlock, that same progress also syncs to our infrastructure, keyed to your checkout email, so restoring your purchase on another device restores your progress too. It's used for nothing else. To have your synced progress deleted, email support@getfullpass.com from your checkout address. Free-tier progress never leaves your device.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us. We receive the email address you enter at checkout and your payment status, which we use to unlock content, restore purchases on new devices, and process refunds. We don't use it for marketing.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits in aggregate. It is cookieless and does not identify or track you as an individual across sites.

Cookies

We don't set tracking cookies. Stripe may use cookies on its checkout page as described in its own policy.

Your choices

Want the record of your purchase email deleted, or have any privacy question? Email support@getfullpass.com — note that deleting it means we can no longer restore your purchase. FullPass is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If our practices change, this page changes with them — check the date above. See also our Terms of Service.
