14-day refund, no questions asked

If you're not happy with FullPass for any reason, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.

🛡️ The Pass Guarantee

If you study with FullPass and still fail your state's learner's permit knowledge exam, we'll refund your purchase in full. To claim it:

1. Email us within 60 days of your purchase at the address below.
2. Include the email you used at checkout and any documentation of the failed exam attempt (for example, the exam result slip or a photo of it).

That's it — no hoops. One claim per purchase.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor, usually within 5–10 business days of approval. Your access to the paid content ends when the refund is issued.
