FullPass

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 5, 2026

1. What FullPass is

FullPass (getfullpass.com) is a study aid for preparing for state driving tests — the written learner's permit exam and the road test. It is operated by an independent developer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any state licensing agency, including the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles.

2. Content accuracy

Our questions and study material are written from official state driver's manuals and reviewed against them, with citations to the edition used. Laws, fees, and rules change; the current official manual and your state agency are always the final authority. Always verify important rules against the current manual before relying on them.

3. Purchases

Free content is free. A state unlock is a one-time purchase — not a subscription — that opens all content for that state for your personal, non-commercial use. Your purchase is linked to the email you enter at checkout and can be restored on other devices with that email. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy & Pass Guarantee.

4. No outcome promises

We prepare you; the exam is yours. Apart from the refund terms in the Pass Guarantee, we make no promise that you will pass any exam or obtain any license, and we are not responsible for exam results, fees, or decisions made by any licensing agency.

5. Acceptable use

Don't resell, scrape, or redistribute the content; don't attempt to bypass the purchase system; don't use the service in a way that breaks the law. We may suspend access that violates these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

FullPass is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the "last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA. Questions: support@getfullpass.com.
